Cinnamon toast waffles. Is cinnamon safe?

I read different things. Some say it's safe and some say cinnamon can cause a miscarriage😑

Real cinnamon is fine but no cinnamon candy the cinnamon extract is bad for you and causes long lasting effects to your heart, kidneys, and blood flow.... Its actually the reason my dad died but ground cinnamon is ok just no extract.

I wouldn't be trying to do the cinnamon challenge or anything crazy like that, but a sprinkle of cinnamon on your waffles should be fine.

Lol cinnamon is my number one craving. Still going strong at 19 weeks.... I'm guessing your doctor would tell you if it was that bad! ☺️
