D&E question- no pic but might be tmi if you haven't gone through this

So we tfmr on Friday May 13. It's been 1 week and 2 days. I know everyone is different, but my bleeding seemed to be bad the first day, kind of light days 2-3, heavier with some clotting days 4-6 and then practically nothing yesterday and absolutely nothing last night. What I am wondering is, can I expect the bleeding to return? I haven't worn pads some i was 13 and I hate them so very much. I just discovered thong style pantry liners which is what I wore yesterday and only had two small brown spots, just slight brown when I wiped this morning well, nothing on the pad I wore to bed. I don't want to think it's done and skip the pad at night and then stain my sheets, I also don't want to be out with only a pantry liner and then have bleeding start again.

Can anyone share their experience?
