Does this sound like contractions or BH?

I'm 26 weeks & this morning I got woken up out of my sleep from a weird sore pain all around my ribs. I thought I just slept wrong and tried stretching it out to no avail, since it felt pretty deep. Within the next minute the pain became OVERLY UNBEARABLE. It quickly intensified wrapping around my torso feeling like a horrible Charlie horse but worse. It woke up my husband since I started shaking and literally wanted to lay on the floor from the pain and cry. I felt my stomach where the baby was and it felt hard. I've had BH contractions before but this felt like a totally HORRIBLE different beast. I called my mom on the phone and after a few minutes of talking to her it disappeared. What do you think it sounds like??
