Test or wait?

For the past 2 days i have had heavy eggwhite CM. AF is due today but she's a no show. Normally i get cramps the day before but nothing as of yet. I tested at 12dpo due to some unusual symptoms; Lower backache, hot flushes, feeling sick and CM with streaks of blood in, however it was a BFN. Just wondering if i should test again or wait a few more days?
