PCOS, have you gotten pregnant and no m/c without help/just by God's grace?" /> No help means no fertility drugs.

We tried for years with and without dr help to no avail. Stopped trying, moved on, and made some major lifestyle changes and surprise - pregnant! Our son is almost 2.5 now. When he turned one we wanted to try again, so I night weaned him from nursing, had my first period since his birth and got pregnant again, but had a m/c. We tried again for 6 months and then I started taking ovasitol and other vitamins. 3 months of supplements and we got pregnant again and I'm now 24 weeks pregnant.

After being diagnosed with PCOS last year and trying baby for over a year, we learned that I'm pregnant just a week ago. Although right now I have a risk of miscarriage, I still hope and pray that everything will be fine. To me it's a miracle that I'm pregnant and I feel blessed in every single way. What I heard is after miscarriage, it gets easier to get pregnant again but just need to stay a healthy lifestyle.

I didn't answer because I wasn't sure what you meant by "no help". I wasn't on any actual fertility drugs, just metformin twice a day. After a couple months it helped me have a period and I was pregnant before the next period showed up. And I've never had any miscarriages (I'm knocking on wood  as I say that). I've had 3 pregnancies so far and have 3 boys. :) So it definitely can happen. But everyone is so different. Some need more help than others.

I was able to the easiest when I was temping regularly. Started after a period and was pregnant before the next. This was in November of 2012 had a beautiful baby girl on July 4th 2013. She was my rainbow baby. I've been pregnant 3 times. My losses were because of an incompetent cervix
