Job interview

I applied for a job a few months ago and they just called today to interview me on Wednesday for the position. I know when I could still hide the belly I wouldn't say anything for a job interview in person but now that it is very viewable and distinctly a baby belly should I tell them when I could start the job in mid-August? Or should I not say anything still and just state it's negotiable?
