7 weeks 5 days bleeding on and off

I have been having brown bleeding with a little pink twice and recently some small clots. I have already had three transvaginal ultrasounds and everything seems to look good according to my doctors. Blood work seems good too. I have an appointment with my gynecologist tomorrow, but I don't know what to think. This is my first pregnancy and we were trying for over two years. I also have a heart shaped uterus, so I don't know if that would cause bleeding or not. Any thoughts would be helpful.
