Hormone medicine and special needs children
Recently it was suggested that we have a discussion about putting my youngest daughter who has special needs and is completely dependent on me and dad to do everything for her, she isn't even able to talk, on a medication that will either stop or slow down her body from having a period. One of her therapist suggested that we have this discussion because with there being me, my oldest already synced and the middle girl already starting to go through puberty she fears that my youngest will soon follow and she is unable to communicate how she feels. I am unsure how to feel about this has anyone been through this and how did you handle it?
