Concerned

So my bf plays a lot on his ps4. No big deal.. But lately he has been talking to a girl named Sarah, he doesn't hide it from me. It he stays up late after I go to bed because he says he wants to play COD with her. Should I be concerned? He normally use to come to bed with me and cuddle or talk until we fall asleep, and then if he came to bed after I did he would cuddle me while I was sleeping. Now he doesn't do that anymore. I'm getting nervous.
