When is it time to head to the ER?

I am dealing with the loss of a beloved family member and have become very depressed. I cry to the point of making myself vomit...but my stomach is so empty barely anything comes up.
I can barely eat or drink anything.
In the last 24 hours all I have been able to stomach is maybe 8oz of Dr Pepper.
It's like I physically can't force myself to eat or drink.
I'm almost 17 weeks pregnant.
When is it time to head to the ER.

Now. They can give you fluids, table some labs and make sure the baby is safe. Also, if you live near a big hospital, they can get you a psych consult do you can deal with your depression safely with a professional. Good luck!

I understand it's hard but girl you got get together you got baby and you can't lose it by doing that stuff. I know it hard but you have to pull your self together. Don't lose you baby over stress. Your family member wouldn't had wanted that.

I would definitely call your doc asap and let them know what's going on. The ER would give you an immediate response and at the point that's probably where you should go. You'll probably be put on fluids since you're not eating and I know first hand that dehydration can cause contractions, and you are much too early for that. Please seek out help for how you're feeling, losing a loved one is extremely difficult and having someone to speak to can really help. I wish you all the best!!

If you can't even keep down water then you need to go to the er now. Dehydration sets in very quickly and can be gamepad for you and baby.
So sorry for your loss but seek some medical help soon of you are unable to drink and keep down water.
