Pregnant??

Hi, so my boyfriend and I had sex...kind of. He never came inside me and there was no pre ejaculation that I know of. But it's been about a month and I've missed my period. Needless to say, I'm scared. I've taken two pregnancy tests. Both came back negative but one was too early to tell. I was on the pill and I took a dose of emergency contraception. But I missed my pill a couple of days before all of this. I'm kinda freaking out...
