Help me.

I was on my period for two weeks, one week goes by and today I woke up to big blood clots in my morning pee. I was just woken up out of my sleep to heavy blood flow. My stomach has this feeling like it's collapsing into my lower region. I have been to the hospital before this time last year and had to have a blood transfusion so I already know that this is a serious matter and that I need to see a doctor asap but I have no insurance 😔 I don't know what to do
