Vaccines are poison?

I'm intrigued to find out why people are saying they won't vaccinate their child because they're poison. If they were poison surely all people who had been vaccinated would be seriously ill and dying? I don't want this to get mean I'm just trying to understand where this idea is coming from thanks x

There's a massive anti intellectualism anti science anti technological innovation movement happening right now in this country. They're groups of people who are in denial of evidence and place their trust in people like David Avocado, Food Babe, and countless other "naturalists" who's ideas are supported by literally ZERO real evidence, rather than scientific evidence or professional opinion. It's pretty sad. It's not based on anything rational, so if you're looking for any rational reason that antivaxxers think they way they do, you'll find nothing. It's all emotionally fueled.

This topic is truly played out. Vaxxers vs Anti Vaxxers and not enough facts. Should we vaccinate children? Yes. Do they cause Autism? No. "But I got the flu after getting the flu vaccine!" Well then, let's discuss what the flu vaccines are made of and why some people get sick... Flu vaccines are made of dead/weakened strains of the flu viruses. What!? Viruses!? Yes, viruses, the little bugs that make you sick. Every year there are new strains of the flu virus, some more deadly than others. These viruses are bred in a lab to create the vaccine. The vaccine is given to people by nasal spray or injection. At this point the body responds by creating antibodies to kill the foreign invaders. Once the body figures out  "coding" of the invaders it then stores the "coding" so it knows how to respond if they come back. "But you haven't explained why I get sick" Alright, I'm getting to it! Not every strain is known, therefore not every strain is in the vaccine. You may come down with a different strain, OR!!!! Because your immune system is so busy attacking the invaders that it doesn't respond to another invader such as the common cold, our bacterial infection you were exposed to. O.O say what!? Some patient's are allergic to the preservatives which are derived from eggs and some have an underlying disease called Guillian-Barre which is a neuromuscular disease which is triggered by the flu vaccine. Do people die from the flu vaccine? No. They die from other complications do to a lowered immune system.

My sister chose not to get her son vaccinated for this reason and he constantly had infections as a baby. I would never want my baby to go through that. i understand kids get sick regardless but this was excessive. Idk where the idea comes from. I feel like this is just a gateway to more disease in the world.

They aren't poison. People hear they have aluminum and formaldehyde in them and freak out. They ignore the studies that show only trace amounts of both these substances. Also, a pear has more formaldehyde (a lot more) than any vaccine.

Please search this topic in the group. You will learn a lot. I'd rather my kids get a fever from a shot than be dead for contracting an illness.

Some of them are just not smart to get all at once like they like to do. It overides your system when you get a lot at one time. When vaccinating a child people should spread it out. And getting a child vaccinated for things like hiv when young and their not going to be in situations where they have blood to blood contact or having sex I just don't see why they push it so soon. Except in cases like rape or things of that nature. Really there's no right answer.
