ouch...

so me and this guy I've been talking too for a little while just started having sex. and recently we had sex and I wasn't wet enough and he put it in anyway and I started to bleed. well two days ago we had sex for like 45 minutes and it was kinda rough but now I have a sore on my labia.. I don't think it's an std but it burns/itches, is swollen, and burns when I pee. has this happened to anyone else before? was it caused by the friction and me not being wet enough (we didn't use protection)? how can I get rid of it?
