Could I be pregnant already? Or showing pregnancy symptoms.

I suffer from irregular periods thanks to the birth control patch. I have a 52 day cycle. My fiancé and I did the deed my entire fertile week which was last week, and I ovulated about two days ago according to glow. Now I'm noticing a lot of watery CM it's not in my underwear, but if I feel around a little down there, there's a good bit of it. Could I be showing pregnancy symptoms already if this is one of them? Because I know normally after ovulation your CM turns back to a sticky creamy kind of feel. Please help I really want to be pregnant!!!
