What pain relief did you choose?

Trying to decide what pain  relief - if any - I will choose for my birth plan. Any advice from women who already went through it would be appreciated! 😊

Gas and air and pethadene shot, my baby was back to back 😭

None :) but I didn't have a choice! I didn't have time for anything as my labour was so quick! (2hrs 37mins) so I did the hole lot without anything, didn't even have gas and air, but next time if I have time I would love an epidural , going for nothing was tough hqha!

I had an epidural because I was scared of the pain when for delivery. I've heard from many people since then that contractions are worse than delivery. So I'll try natural next time. But I did love my epidural. Placement didn't hurt, I got to sleep and rest up for pushing. I had no problems after at all.
