Has any one else tried this

When I found out I had pcos I got put on birth control but I have stopped it now n been doing research on more natural things to help with getting my period on maybe a more normal side. So I found vitex. I have heard that with vitex it helps with regulating periods n can possibly help with ovulating and I have heard a lot of good reviews on it and a couple not so good ones. I just want a normal period with out it being controlled by birth control or added hormones. So if anyone else has tried it let me know how it was for you. I know some said they believe it is the reason they got pregnant
