Does anyone one have this or knows someone

Have you been pregnant and not get a positive test until your 3 months in your pregnancy ??

With my son I didn't get a positive pregnancy test until I was 3 months in my pregnancy,

In the past couple years I had 2 miscarriage the one that took pregnancy test they all came out negative I was 6 weeks on the first one the other one I was 8 weeks and had all the symptoms.

Now I'm 39 almost 40

I missed my period I'm on day 44 off my circle with some symptoms not sure what to think
