I've lost my sex drive

I am currently 7 weeks 5 days pregnant and I've completely lost my sex drive...me being pregnant turns my hubby on alot but recently I just haven't been in the mood....I don't know if I'm scared because this is my first pregnancy and I'm scared of miscarriage or if it's because of the slightly painful cramps I get after sex....I really need help...I don't like not pleasing him but it just makes me uncomfortable.....it's not like he's pressuring me it's just I miss sex but I don't want it....
