I think I have an std

I have signs of gonnorhea. I didn't notice until my so told me he had an discharge. I'm only 17 & I'm scared asf to tell my mom. I've been trying to sneak & get tested but it's hard. He haven't been tested either. Idk if his mom knows. I believe I'm the one that gave it to him & im so ashamed & embarrassed. He's probably going to hate me & tell the whole school I burned him. I think I got it from the guy that raped but the thing is I never told anyone about it. I'm stuck in a dark place right now. I have no one to run too. My mom is so judgemental it's ridiculous. I'm just so ashamed & embarrassed omg
