My Bestfriend is possibly pregnant

I'm 15 and my best friend is 14. She recently lost her virginity, and has been rather sexually active with her boyfriend since. She is rather poor. Her period is 2 weeks late. Shes terrified and I'm terrified for her. I don't know what to do. She thinks if she tells her mother she will be kicked out.
