Found out at 9 wks that my baby has no heartbeat since 7 weeks. I called the dr because i started bleeding what seemed like a period and got me in for an ultrasound sure enough baby was there but no heartbeat. I'm crushed and devistated and feel like a failure as a first time mom and as a wife. This is the first time I'm going thru this and my mom whose had 7 kids has never gone thru this. Not really sure who to turn to other than here that can tell me what is going to happen or what you have been thru to help me get thru this.
