Sleepless nights... Anybody?

Ok hey ya'll

So I found out today at 15dpo that I am pregnant. But days leading up I had a feeling I was, this month my body definitely felt different... However, I keep getting up at like 3am or 4/5am to pee then cant go back to sleep... I never wake up around this time... Usually around 6am ish to pee but thats it... Anyone else experiencing sleepless nights already??? What did you do to help??

It's 5:10 am, I woke up at 4am to pee and I'm still here in awakeville😩😫 I'm 12 weeks 3 days and this has been happening everyday for weeks now🙄

Try not drinking anything an hr or two before bedtime

I'm 22 wks and I deal with this nightly I wake up at about 2ish and can't get back to sleep until 5ish (if I can at all) you can talk to your ob about taking something to help you sleep

I've been waking up around 330-4am and usually can't get back to sleep until around 7ish!

I live in Chicago. It's 3am. I've been wide awake since 1!!!!

Over here 👋🏽 Starting the begining of the week I go to bed at around 11-12 as I normaly do, except now I am up at around 3ish & thats it I do not go to sleep until about 6 or 7 😫😫😫
