Is it possible to mistake implant bleeding for a light period?

On the 13th (4dpo) I had some spotting since then iv had pregnancy symptoms then on the 19th (10dpo) I had more spotting felt ill. Then on Monday morning I started bleeding no warning like I normally get with af. The bleeding is more light/ spotting when my af is normally heavy and painful. Im feeling sick and lightheaded
