Bleeding during vaginal stimulation

So I lost my virginity a long time ago.  I remember a guy I dated after he was fingering me and I bleed. It wasn't my period.  Now with my partner I mostly just bleed when we use a condom but last time he didn't wear one and I bleed.  Should I be concerned???  I'm pretty sure it's not an std.  I've always used protection and I don't have any symptoms and neither does my partner.
