TMI ((( need opinions )))

Is it normal to have diarreah and small contractions that come and go?

Its 4am here and since last night i been having mild contractions which i really just hope they are Braxton Hicks because they were a little to far apart. But than again i actually never wake up at this time to poop (sorry tmi). I feel dumb because i wouldnt really know what a real contraction feels like since i had 2 csections with my other two so im kind of confused here 😳😵 i also feel dizzy, nauseus and my head's been hurting took a pill but didnt go away :/ im getting kind of concern.

Any input on this? Ladies pleaseeeee
