Wasn't feeling to good yesterday and kind of busy. So I'm doing a two in one day.

5/27 is stretching and 5/28 is walking!

Do some stretching before and after your walk today. It will so your body good! Aim for 30 minutes in the fresh outdoors! I know some of you are having horrible weather, maybe you can get on a treadmill!
