Any chance my supply will come back

I've been supplementing for about a month now. My LO had a bad round of thrush followed by me having dental surgery and being on pain medication. I always continued to nurse at night, however not so much in the day. Now I'm ready to go back to nursing my supply is completely tanked. I'm barely getting an ounce out between both breasts where I used to get 3-4 each. I'm struggling because I'm holding off on returning to work until I get my supply back up. Is there any chance my supply can come back? Or is it hopeless 😢😢
