Low supply of breast milk :(
I'm 6 weeks PP and my supply was already low so I've been supplementing with formula. I even take fenugreek and. Blessed thisle throughout the day. I'm wondering what has anyone done to keep it up. I pumped this.morning and got less than 1oz total :( I am also a first time mommy :)
