Is he getting enough?

I am worried that my little man isnt getting enough milk. He eats often and I feel that he is getting full, sometimes he feeds for 10 minutes sometimes for an hour. He hasn't popped since we have been home (Tuesday afternoon) but doctor said that she isn't too concerned because he had 7 poopy diapers at the hospital and that breast fed babies sometimes take a little longer. He is 6 days old so he should be having 6 pee diapers a day, it's 5:00 pm and he has only had 2 :/ I feel like I have posted a lot recently so I apologize, I am just a FTM and want to make sure I am doing everything I can for him. I know breastfeeding is a learning process for us both but it would break my heart if I was doing something wrong.
