I heard today that it's good for you to have sex whilst pregnant?! Is this a myth or a fact? I'm pregnant with my first child so I have no clue whatsoever 😂🙈🤔

It's not good or bad baby wise. Mental health wise it can be good to reestablish that connection. Your body produces chemicals that help form attachment bonds.

And if you're at the end sperm can thin your cervix and orgasm can bring on labor due to your insides contracting.

So yeah, it's probably good. It's definitely not bad. But don't feel like you HAVE to if you really don't feel up to it.
