4 days late, negative tests

I am now 4 days late. I have only missed my period when I was pregnant with my son. I have taken 2 tests and they were both negative. I am experiencing HUGE sore boobs, nausea ALL DAY AND NIGHT the past couple of days, and breaking out on my face neck and chest. I figured a test would show positive by now.... Has anyone tested negative this many days after missing period? W
