boobs hard & sore after loss

I lost my son on May 25th due to ic and yesterday my boobs started  to hurt so bad feels like they are getting tight and when they do they get rock hard & it hurts so bad i cant even raise my hand , i was only 22 weeks when my son past away so my milk supply never actually came in , does anybody know how to help relieve the pain ? & also does anybody know why they feel like this .. please its currently 5:45 am I haven't slept yet due to the pain .
