Missed Misscarrage?

Question

Hi ladies, i am currently at 10 weeks and i was never very sick through the pregnancy. I would have sore boobs, mood swings, and just digestion issues in the start. But as of late, besides a few mood swings, i hav no other symptoms. I am really scared that i might have had a missed misscarrage? I dont know how it feels like and was wanting to know your options and suggestions. Thanks ladies.

I didnt have any symtoms at all with my pregnancy other than sore boobs and that also stopped some time in the second trimester!  You can ring up your Dr and ask for an ultrasound (see if your insurance covers, mine covered one ultrasound a day I think) or a quick check up just to listen to the heartbeat to put your mind at ease.  😊 congratulations on your pregnancy and best of luck mama!

I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks  a year and a half ago then had a healthy pregnancy that resulted in my beautiful daughter who was born in April. With my daughter I was obviously so worried the whole time that I would have another mmc. So when all my symptoms stopped between 9 and 10 weeks I was a nervous wreck. But obviously everything was fine! Try not to stress too much! From what I was told around 10 weeks is when the placenta starts taking over so it can cause your symptoms to fade. Try to relax and see if you can get an ultrasound to calm your nerves. Another thing that helped me was getting a fetal Doppler after 12 weeks so I could listen to her heartbeat.

I read and was told that many symptoms decrease or disappear at the end of the first trimester.

I had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks. At around 8-9 weeks I woke up with absolutely no symptoms and later that day I had a really sore stomach like almost like diarrhea cramps x 5 and it went away after about a day. The next week I went in for my scan and there was no heartbeat and baby was measuring small like 7 weeks. I hope you are not experiencing it because I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone. I could just feel that the baby wasn't there anymore and could sense that he died but I also read that near the en of the first trimester symptoms can disappear. I hope that you still have a healthy babe and healthy pregnancy!

Thank you for your responses Mama's. I have my doctors appointment on 8th June. Do you all suggest i should wait it out?

Discuss your concerns with your doctor and maybe they can do an ultrasound,  it is still to early for a doppler and baby's heart beat can be difficult to find which could only add to your worries.

Maybe you could look into buying a doppler and listen for the heartbeat

My symptoms came and went throughout the first trimester. I'd go days without feeling anything. From what I've heard and read, it's normal to have asymptomatic days.
