Complete Placenta Previa at 24 Weeks

Well I was trying to avoid posting about this (scared about hearing bad stories), but I'm hoping to find some other people with experience! I was diagnosed with placenta previa at my 20 week ultrasound and it's still hanging around at 24 weeks. I'm not too concerned about having to have a c section but freaked out about bleeding and a preterm baby boy! Haven't had any bleeding yet so I'm just on pelvic rest right now. Anyone have any hopeful stories or experience with this? Any advice? Thanks in advance!
