Need advice on how to ease pcos pain

I recently found out that I have polycistic ovarian syndrome .i have and still struggle with severe pelvic pain and irregular bleeding . I have been on birth control for years and years . Anyone else out there have the same problems as me ? I need some advice ,what are some methods or what actions do you take make this painful condition make your life at ease ? This condition has affected my daily life tremendously and I can't get any ease !!! Ladies please help !
