Gonal f shot

I started my period on Friday and I called to tell my doctor and the nurse said to call to schedule the time for ups to deliver the shot no later than by Tuesday. Well when I called CVS caremark they said they can't deliver the shots until wed. I tried calling my doctor today and left vm but I'm pretty sure they are closed . do you think the day difference to start gonal f will be a problem?
