Stressed

So the past two days I've been super stressed, to where I have breakdowns just crying super hard.. I've been active as well because I'm still working until the 13th. Well this morning I woke up to use the restroom because I was having light cramping. When I wiped I had a thick glob of a greenish discharge. I went back to sleep then again I woke up to pee and I wiped and the same thing happened. What could this be? Could it be my stress? I still have the cramping, and the pressure. I'm 28W6D with di/di twins.
