Breastfeeding and formula

My LO is 3 weeks old and we have been exclusively breast feeding..... But it is wearing this momma out! I can't find the time to pump with feedings and everyday life plus I only get about 1-2oz total after 20 minutes.... So I'm debating on giving 1 bottle of formula a day so my husband can take a feeding off my hands and I can get a little more sleep at night and have a break. Is this a bad idea or is it ok to do?? Please no rude comments!
