Good care for the v? Interstitial cystitis 😬

What are some good ways to keep the vagina fresh? I have interstitial cystitis and I have bladder leakage. I had surgery twice and it didn't help. Neither does the meds. It's embarrassing when I'm with my bf. I don't even want to have sex or him near my v! Because of the leakage it cause a order so I have to keep going  to the bathroom. Please help!
