My boyfriend

I need any advice please. I have a long distance boyfriend and we love each other a lot. We know we'll last because we have a plan going. But I need advice on how to better help him when his depression hits him and he's upset and exhausted. Since it's long distance, I'm not sure how to help him when I'm used to helping people with me. Any advice?! It's breaking my heart to see him that way....
