Cramps !!!

So I am 4 DPO according to glow, but on FF I still haven't ovulated yet. I have been charting my bbt on both app as well. But as of today and yesterday I've been having a ton of cramps. Also yesterday night I noticed a lot of EWCM, so me and hubby BD as well. Could anyone give me some type of insight why I am cramping so much???!? Please I'm totally clueless right now, it feels like my insides are tighting up.
