Water Birth Information
I'm a first time mom and am highly considering a water birth! I've read the recovery is significantly easier rather than having an epidural! I like the idea of things being on my body's/baby's schedule rather than the hospitals! I'm very anxious about going to a hospital and haven't found any OBGYN that I really trust.
Any moms loved or regretted their water birth?
What helped you tolerate the pain and any tips? Thanks for all your help!
