What should I do!?

So last night I had another anixety attack!! I'm afraid they're starting to become more frequent and I don't know what to do 😫 I'm thinking of going to the doctors again tomorrow and taking a sick day but ldk yet, what did help my boyfriend was with me and rubbing my back and talking to me so that help a lot, but idk what else to do? If anyone has any advice, or other tips I tried the tea but it was very short lived I don't like tea anyway lol, but if anyone has any help or advice please let me know!
