Apparently I have a yeast infection! I never knew what a yeast infection was, never had experienced one, and now 29 wks pregnant with a yeast infection😞 Any reccomendations?

Your doctor will tell you what to do, and please contact them before acting on this, but just so you know what to expect here is this: I had one a few weeks ago and my doctor just recommended the monistat 3 day. It's the pill and not the cream. She also recommended I get the special cooling wipes and outer cream that monistat makes, they helped with the itching a lot. Call your doctor and make sure hey recommend that for you though!

Yes get a prescription straight away before if gets really bad. I had one about 10 weeks ago, after I got the cream and pessary it cleared up in a few days xx

Im prone to them in pregnancy. I had to get prescribed diflucan in pill form and a vaginal cream by my ob. Ugh my last one was so bad my lips looked like chili peppers and i was sleeping with a frozen bag of berries between my legs. Get it tended to now before it gets worse. Also probiotics seem to help me prevent them (as well as only using coconut oil for lube, and SO washing his hands and man parts thoroughly before play lol). Good luck!
