Dream come true???

Ok girls so i have read a couple of stories on here that woman had a dream that they was pregnant decided to take a test and sure enough they had thier bfp... was just wondering how many people beleive in this as i had a dream last night that i had my bfp.. i have never had a dream with this ever before... i have been ttc for just over 2 yrs have health issues and dont know if will ever happen.. but im hopeful and just wanted to know if its a sign... too early to test right now af due 9th june
