Could i be pregnant?

So yesterday (day 19 of my regular 25 day cycle) i noticed.some bright red blood on the tissue after wiping. Thout it was the.beginning of my period then rushed to check my calendar and saw that i wasnt due fo at least a week. So dd some research on google and it led me to thinking its implantation bleeding. Later on during the day the blood turned brownish then stopped. Is it definate that im pregnant? Should i test? I dont want to raise my hopes and then be disappointed and crushed. I dont notice any other pregnancy symptoms
