Dizziness & blurry vision

Im 23weeks with twins... N dis morning i almost fell on my way to work. It happened last week i had to rush to d hospital, d doc found oit my blood count is low n i took medication n bed rest. And this morning again d same thing. Im trying to keep going to work till atleast im 32weeks before taking leave, d money helps alot as both me n my husband are just starting.
