Breech baby

Anyone here deliver a breech baby via c section? I am scheduled to go in on Thursday, and my baby has been breech nearly the whole pregnancy. I started reading up on things on the internet( mistake), and some articles suggest that turning head down is a milestone of sorts and that a breech baby can indicate there are bigger issues at hand. Hoping to hear from you guys a little bit on this one!
