Lack of foreplay

Okay, so my boyfriend doesn't really do the whole foreplay thing anymore. He just kinda lays me on my back and kisses me for like 10 seconds and then tried to put it in. I'm hardly even wet at that point and it hurts but when I tell him that he just puts some spit on his dick and tries again. What do I do???
